VOLUNTEERS DETAILS

Katherine has worked with the United Way of Greater Houston for over eighteen years.  Currently, she is Manager of Community Investment and oversees affiliate funding for multi-service and domestic violence agencies, and coordinates public policy for the United Way of Greater Houston.  Since 2005, she has managed United Way Bright Beginnings, an early childhood quality improvement program funded by ExxonMobil.

Katherine represents United Way on a number of state-wide public policy and advocacy groups focused on family financial stability and education.

Katherine graduated from Ithaca College in New York and received her Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Houston.  Originally from Boston, MA, Katherine currently lives in Houston with her children Willem and Alison.
